Individuals seeking to learn about Buddhism today have varied backgrounds. Some come from different religious traditions and others have no religious affiliations at all. On May 9th, Rev. Kurt Rye, Resident Minister, Ekoji (Washington, DC) Buddhist Temple, will lead a seminar to explore different paths that he and other individuals have taken to discover Shin (Jodo Shinshu) Buddhism.
All are welcome to attend the Crossing Over Seminar to listen, learn and share the experiences of people who have made a connection with the Buddhist Philosophy of Life.
